I live in the Dominican Republic, I have a high school diploma here and I'm currently stufying in the autonomous university of santo domingo in my first semester. But I pretty much cant stand it here anymore. My plan would be to join the army (active, not the reserve), and use the college incentitives and the money I'd save up to move to boston and study industrial engineering or spichology.

I'm going to be in boston for a couple months this summer by the way... my major question is if I can do all the paperwork in the US embassy or something.

You can't do any of the paperwork. The recruiter does all of that. go to www.goarmy.com, and the information you need should be in there. They will at the very least have international contact information.
