A 21 year old boy meets a girl at a 18+ club. They go out in a few dates. Then, they decide to have sex at her house. While having sex, the father walks in. He sees what they are doing and immediately calls the cops.

The cops arrive and ask "why did you call us?" The father says "this 21 year old boy is having sex with my 15 year old daughter." (she looks about 19 and was using a fake id)

What do you think happens to the boy?

Do you think he gets convicted of statutory rape?

Ok, I am 18 years old, I study Law Enforcement as my major at Western Illinois University. I have 7 tattoos, 4 visible on my arm... I want to know if i can get a job as a police officer without covering them up all the time. I saw on cops a cop with a big tatt on his arm, and I have heard people (friends who don't know what they are talking about) say things like "you cant be a cop with those tatts," but i was just wondering if anyone knows anything about this or where they allow or dont allow, or really just anything about this topic... anything helps guys, thanks a lot!

Okay. My husband just recently got his father's death certificate from him mother. On the certificate it reads Manner of death It has a check next to pending but that is marked out and it has two Xs next to Accident. It also has pending on Immediate Cause of death, only to be marked through and replaced by Massive Head Injury. From the moment my father in law died (Aug 28, 1989) there were doubts that it was an accident. Is there any way that my husband can ask for this case to be reopened and looked at as a homicide? Thank you in advance.

I know someone who admitted to routinely doing marijuana around his kids. His wife knows that he uses drugs, but I don't know if she knows that he uses around the children. I am thinking about reporting this, but only if it will be taken seriously by the child protective agency. Is it routine for this agency to remove the kids from the home or at least order a drug test or search of the home if this is reported?

I was driving home last night and I saw a car parked in front of my house and an egg thrown at my truck, so I chased it around for about 10 minutes until I got his plates. But the problem is that I live in Nevada and he has California plates, is it still worth calling the cops or should I just let it go?

With all the modern day security measures, is it true that prison rape still happens? If so, is it really as bad as the media portrays it to be (ex. if you go to jail you WILL get raped unless you are bad motha)

I don't know how accurate this story is since i heard it from my uncle.
apparently my pops was drunk and may have hit a police officer.
i don't know if he was drunk in public or not but i assume he was , so how long can can i expect to wait to see my father?
If he makes bail how much would it be.
I live in Texas.

P.S. for any officers in here who had to deal with these kind of people in the past, I apologize for my father's behavior.

Once a US Marshal reaches GS-11 grade level, how much do they generally get paid? I would prefer a US Marshal or someone that knows a US Marshal to answer this question.

To the cops that do they're job and risk their necks to protect me. I thank you.

But what I hate is that whiney little baby cop that cries " you don't know how hard it is to be a police officer"

Yes I do. That's why I'm NOT one.

You had to have seen the reality your 1st day of work. When they give you a gun on you waste. gun on your leg, mase, a baton, handcuffs, a bulletproof vest and shotguns in the trunk that should tell you some shyt is gonna go down in this job.

officer wrote wrong DOB, charge under age drinking, thus age is related to the offence however, the wrong DOB still ages me under 19........ is the ticket vaild?

2007-11-18 13:56:45 · 7 answers · asked by Anonymous

ok i live in Maryland

well, as i said i got a ticket apparantly i was going 90 mph in a 55 mph on the highway. oh and by the way, the officer was in an unmarked car ( possible undercover or something) and did not get my speed using any radar or anything.

Anyways, on the ticket there are places where the officer circles my offence like either speeding, seat belt, running stop light, red light etc. and
going over the speed limit" is one of the options and "reckless driving" is another option that he can circle. he only circled the "over speed limit option"

does this mean that i am not being charged with reckless driving? therefore they wont automatically suspend my licence?

My husband's brother was recently released from prison to the immigration department. He was born in another country, but was raised in the US. His parents obtained their US citizenship shortly after having him and moving to the US, but didn't petition for his citizenship. His convictions were drug-related and he has had good behavior while in jail (his time was about 3 years). Do you think he'll get deported?

My friend got caught for possessing control substance couple years ago and went on probation and attended classes on drug. Now he got caught again for possessing control substance (speed). What will happend to him? Will he get probation and classes again? Will he go to jail? What are the consequences for pleading guilty vs not guilty? His court date is 2 days from today. He's still in jail right now. I understand he will get a public defender. Someone told me he should plead not guilty and go back to court in one month - problem with that is he will have to go back to jail for one month waiting for trial right?

They found 2 pipe and some open bags maybe worth $15 only of speed.

A while later a suspect is arrested in a nearby theater with the alledged murder weapon, a .38 revolver, in his possession. He's charged with the murder but claims he is innocent and is being set up. My question is..why would a man who has just committed the crime of the century, shoot a cop in broad daylight on a city street, stop and take the spent shell casings out of the cylinder of the pistol, throw them on the ground next to the body, then flee the scene. It's like committing the crime then leaving a calling card.

I had my laptop stolen in August. I reported it to the police and was able to give them an IP address that the laptop was connected with after the burglary. However, it has been 3 months and I have not heard from them. What would be taking so long? I do plan to call for a followup.
