ok if the offense was under-age drinking and the wrong date of birth is on the ticket....then it will be amended once you get to court, like one person said typos will not get you out of a ticket....especially with you being charged with underage drinking.....

It depends exactly where you live. It is worth contacting a lawyer... if it was a speeding charge, you would get off most likely, however, since it's underage drinking, that's a little more serious so you're probably going to need a lawyer either way. Good luck.

Had this problem where the officer switched cars between Driver 1 and 2. It didn't make any difference, the ticket stood.

Yes....it will be amended before or once at court to reflect the correct info. NO typos will make a ticket invalid.

Brother get a lawyer quick cause when you go to court you are on their territory and Judges and Cops are on the same team wether you are right or wrong. It should'nt be this way but Judges ARE NOT NEUTRAL (A qusetionaire proved this by 80%)

yes. it is called a typo. it doesn't matter, as long as he can identify you in person. quit looking for a left wing, liberal way out of everything and accept responsiblity.
