I was sitting down with some friends outside his neighborhood club house and 2 cops drove over got out of the car and started questioning us about who we are , and where we live, do i have the right to keep my address info to myself or do I have to give it out

I work with geniuses often and one of them happens to be very attractive. Recently, however, it was brought to my attention that while he slept during an experiment his hands and feet were bound and he awoke to a gun in his face. These women wanted his sperm and they got it. Does this equal rape? We do know that the women must work in the building but everyone thinks its funny. I do not and lately the victim has been withdrawn and quiet but refuses to talk to police about it. I think he is humiliated. Sorry I wrote so much, I just needed to get this out of my system.

Okay I have a friend name Brian, and he wants to become a fire fighter. He's 23, and when he was young around the age of 16 he did ecstacy but stayed clean and eat very healthy since.

He have a clean record and everything. Is he qualify to become a fire fighter?

Please only people who are fire fighters and know how the qualifcation procedure is like only. Thank you =)

Some landlords (the sleezy ones) think they can keep the deposit, even if you leave the place perfect. Remember that in most states, you can sue the owner of the place for 3-10x the amount of the deposit if they don't return it!!! Renters have legal rights too. I hope all landlords read up on this and stop being so stupid. Owners cannot enter property w/o prior permission. They cannot show the house to prospective buyers or renters w/o prior notification. They cannot show up unexpectedly. Renters have the right to peace and quiet. Owners cannot lock renters out, w/o a court eviction notice that has expired. Owners must keep the renters' deposits in a separate account. They cannot charge for normal wear and tear of a place. Renters, read up on YOUR rights! Owners, be advised that you renters CAN take you court if you don't follow the laws!

well..yesterday i found a parking ticket from october of 06 and it hasnt been payed for.

i havent gotten any mail about this, and it doesnt seem like its in the ticket database.( i tried to find it)

This one time when i was in mexico. A cop came up to me and my friends Ryan and Bryan. He asked my friend if he was an american citizen. That dumb *** said si senor. We had to go to the mexican jail and they made shur are papers were real. Me and Ryan had are papers. The dumb *** Bryan didn't have his. He had to stay in the jail for about a week until his mom got there and saved his ***.

I often see in the news people getting arrested for started fires. What I want to know is how do the investigators catch these people? Obviously some might be stupid and get caught in the act or seen by witnesses. But most of the time this isn't the case. So when a person say dumps gasoline in a forest, lights a match, then runs away, how the heck do they prove or even find out who did it? Also consider the fact that any evidence like forensic hairs are probably burned away!

I regrettably cut someone off on the road today, they drop up beside me and swerved into my lane, grazing my driverside mirror. There was a very minor scrathc the size of my pinky.

The car then sped in front of me and stopped in the middle of the road. Passenger got out, and began approaching my car. Feeling threatened for my own well being, I drove off and decided to get a safe distance away before stopping. 5 minutes after I got home, an officer showed up saying a report had been filed. I explained the situation, and he seemed very understandin. He found the incident to be so minor that he did not write up a report for me.

I now got a call saying I've been cited for leaving the scene of an accident...I feel like this is wrong since I was the one who was hit and the officer who showed up at my house failed to make a report....what should I do?????

ok my ex is who moved up north is driving without a license, he lost his license in jesery for dui and cant get it back till he pays over $10,000 in fines and surcharges. he is supposely a captain of fishing boat like deadly catch but he doesnt have license to do that either. is there anything i can do cause i dont want to see anyone get hurt because of his stupidy.

The jail where my son is will allow him to have a tv but you must be able to see into it. I can't seem to find one anywhere. Do they make them like that or is the jail just blowing smoke?

I'm in NY State...I was recently very minorly side swiped by a car that was angry because I cut them off. They swerved into my lane and very very minorly scrathed my driver side mirror. They darted ahead of me and stopped the car. A man got out and started approaching my car. Fealing threatened, I sped off and decided to drive home to get a safe distance away. 5-10 minutes later a cop showed up asking me about the situation. I explained it and he said it wasnt even worth writing up, but I did give him my insurance info. A few hours later, I got a call from an officer saying that I am being cited for leaving the scene of an accident becuase I didn't call the cops soon enough if i felt threatened...what should I do now? Should I wait until my court date to explain this? should I file a report now? Any help please?

Pop-radar is when your detector goes off near the cop, but you don't get a ticket.

Laser is when you detector goes off very close to the cop, you may or not get a ticket.

Constant on Radar is when your detector goes off far from the cop, like over a hill, but you don't get a ticket.

Protesting...? can they? say I want to go spred peace and protest against war...I did it before and they didn't do anything. They saw me...I was stoned and dressed like a hippie head to toe... can they really arrest you for just protesting even when you're sober? If so, why?

if you buy tickets online for a show thats in like a day or 2 do they have you just print out the ticket and then you show it to them there to get a real ticket or somehting like that,. because sending the ticket would take to long. am i getting scammed or does this happen?
