That will depend on exactly what charges they charge him with and whether it is a first offence or not. It will also depend on just what he did while he was doing all those things. If there were other penalties involved like he also beat the girl up or also did store damages, etc the crime will increase in it's severity. It also depends on where in Canada this all took place because just like in America where each state is run differently by that state's government, the laws differ in different areas of Canada too. I know if you are a foreigner that commits a crime in another country, sometimes the laws are stricter for you than in your own country.

Sorry, but most of the people answering are wrong. I haven't a clue what he will get in Canada, but in the U.S. he has a great chance of getting probation if it is first offense. He may even get the rape charge reduced to "battery" and not have to register as a sex offender..
It all depends on the prosecutor and the pressure brought to bear by the victim/family.
For doubters, I've seen people who were accused of raping a child, have their charges reduced to "battery."

They need to chop his penis off for raping a girl. I sware, if they did that, there wouldn't be so many rapes. Guys would think twice on that. I hope he isn't your friend still after doing that. If you are, that doesn't say much about you. Be careful who your friends are. They reflect upon you and your character.
I think they serve 10-15 years. Not long enough I say.
