I honestly dont know what is about but I have do know that I have bad debt.
If anybody can help me please.

If you are a single parent, and if you file for child support and all attempts fail in locating him. Such as: you don't have his SS, you are unsure of where he stays b/c everytime they send citations to an address it always gets a return of address and is sent back. He does not receive public aid, and has never been to jail. You don't know where he works or his phone number. Do they shut this case down? Or do they keep it open for future updates? Also, how long does every case worker have to work on each and every case? Is there a time limit? 3 months? 2 months, 2 weeks?

I have seen and heard some extremely high numbers in regards to the amount of crimes that go unsolved. Does anybody have what they believe to be an accurate percentage of unsolved crimes in America.

i am a 47 year old male.
i am shocked at the amount of children, as young as 11, on here that post questions about sex, and email me questions about sex because they see an answer i gave someone else.

a 12 year old boy asked me to add him as a friend to my myspace page !

what parent lets a child on the internet unsupervised ?

i always tell these kids they are too young and i will not help them with sex questions.
many of them write back and argue with me that they are old enough, and they know what they are doing.

when they post a question like " does anybody want to date me ? " i check their profile, if i find a question where they state their age is under 18, i answer the question with" sorry your under 18. not interested."

and now the question.
could i get in trouble for these children emailing me? or answering a question about sex with "your too young ".?

if yes, how should i handle this ?

i like helping adults with sex questions. helping women understand men.

And mind my own business. It doesn't appear to be anything like retail street drug trade. She has this very expensive house, and every week or two huge trucks show up and deliver stuff or take it away. What do you think she is doing?

Now don't go reading into this question as any kind of political statement or liberal anti-police hogwash, cause it's neither. If you answer "no" please list alternative methods of force compliance noting that "reasoning and verbal commands" have been used and have failed. Criminals and Police haters and whiners need not answer.Thanks.

The scooter needed to be on the footpath so I could secure it to a tree. I asked the ticket warden if this was ok - and he said it was. The scooter was parked there for three months (it was a wide footpath and created no obstruction). I then recieved two tickets on two consequentive days for parking on the footpath. I didnt know about the first one until I called the call centre about the empty ticket sleeve I found on the ground beside my scooter, at which time I found I had been ticketed twice. So there are several considerations: 1. neither ticket was properly served, 2. the advice given by the traffic warden, 3. scooters are parked on the footpaath all the time in the area i live, 4. Parking offences themselves are absolute - you park illegally, there is no defense. However I wonder if there is a side action against the Council for their representive giving wrong advice (which is evidenced by the demonstrable fact they he did not enforce the rules).

Would being on an antidepressants disqualify you from potential police careers?

I'm worried about scoring high enough on the civil exam for police recruit and being disqualified because of using Wellbutrin. Is this something that is considered "okay" or immediately DQ'd.

As far as my Physical Fitness test training everything is fine and within standards. I'm just concerned when it comes to medical and background with the wellbutrin.

Thanks for the help

Any help?

Has anybody (as of today 10th August 2007) got a pending speeding ticket, or have you just had a speeding ticket? I've just got one and I need to know if it's valid or not. At the bottom of my 'intended prosecution' notice is a box marked 'FOR POLICE USE ONLY' with spaces for a Police Officer (or someone else) to declare that they have sent this notice to me by normal mail, and it goes on to say that the sheet I've received is a true copy. The thing is, this section has not been filled in by anyone and therefore is not signed and dated. The date is included higher up the form, but not on this declaration. Has anyone got a current similar form, has this section been filled in on yours, and do you think this omission makes my form invalid? Any other advice as to how to get this ticket quashed? It's yet another money making venture from a Government that has already stolen nearly every penny I've earned. No wonder people don't help the police much!
Thanks in advance.

A coworker of mine had an auto accident on Monday. The other person hit her 3 week brand new car. A police officer showed up and supposably filled out an accident report. The coworker calls within 48 hours (like she was told to) and was told there was no accident report on file and the officer who was on the scene of the accident was on his last day of work before retirement. Neither people's insurance can do anything without a report, although the police aknowledge the fact that it happened? Who is responsible? What can be done about this? The police say they can't do anything and cannot get a hold of the now retired officer.

My ex on his visit decided he was going to take his clothes off infront of my 9 yr old daughter and put him on his lap, while still naked the whole time asking her if she's comfortable. She told police that she thought he took a picture of her naked on a different occasion. Police confiscated his computer and found other kids pornographically. Once they got his computer, two other victims came forward. These other victims are connected to me as well. One is my brothers girlfriend 17yrs old and she says he forced her take dirty pics and told her not to tell. Police never found her pics on his computer. But she is willing to testify. My little sister 15yrs old says he felt the bottum of her breasts while at the lake but made it look like an accident when he conveniently offerd to help her fix her top that came undone when he was behind her on the jetski together. He has a fancy lawyer and is saying that I made this whole thing up. At this point, the DA has had this since Jan 07.

A friend asked for a favor, handing me $3,500 U.S dollars. She asked that I deposit this in the bank and wire it over to her in America (I'm currently in Taiwan). Her business dealings are shady, so i was worried the cash might be counterfeit. I took the money to a bank in Taiwan, and only half of them were accepted; the rest of the bills were either from a year that apparently had so many counterfeits that the bank doesn't even take any notes from that year. The rest of the bills wouldn't pass through the machine. Now, they didn't say the remaining bills were counterfeit, but either way, I cannot deposit them into the bank in Taiwan to wire to her.

Now, I'm going the U.S in a couple weeks, and I want to know if I try to deposit this money into my account there to wire to her, and these bills DO turn out to be counterfeit, will anything happen to me? Will they notify the police or put something on my record? Or will they simply tear up the money? Should I just mail her the money?

I don't want to ask the detective, I feel like I'm bothering him, I know he's busy and all and these are just general information type questions about what to do if I see the guy again, etc.

Is there a site where I can go talk to a cop for awhile? I want to make sure I'm doing it right, that's all.

What if Superman disguised himself as a common man and the crook thought he was shooting a regular person?

once i got arrested for traffic tickets that i hadnt paid on time. prior to being handcuffed, i was searched and asked if i had any contraband on me. i refused to answer. when we arrived at the jail, they found weed in my sock. instead of giving me a simple possession charge, it was enhanced to a felony for "carrying narcotics into a correctional facility"....this scene plays out 100 times everyday in america....this is a violation of my 5th amendment right, not to incriminate myself. police know this, yet they still play this game. i bear NO legal burden to snitch on myself. .... {{maybe not ALL police do this, but i believe the vast majority do}}
in my case, it only cost me more $. what happens to the poor, indigent ppl that cant afford decent legal representation? theyre given very lengthy jail or probation or jail sentences.
and then yall have the nerve to say "im one of the good guys"

I carry for my job and at a recent range the instructor informed us to download our mags occasionally due to wearing out the spring. I know I've heard that's an urban legend so I told him that and he didn't like it!! Anyway...this question has been answered before but no one cited any references. If I'm going to argue my case I need some type of concrete reference, not just someone's opinion. Thanks in advance.
