ok...so this lady up the street from me...well she has said things bout me && has threated me then she called the cops on me && said i did it to her...since i'm under age && only 16 they dont seem to believe me...what should i do?? she really gets to me....sometimes i just want to slap some since into her...

First...you don't state what the officers ignored!
Secondly, there are normally three sides to every situation an officer deals with. 1) Your side; 2) their side; and 3) the truth!
An officer must weigh all the facts presented and based upon credibility of the witnesses make a choice of what must be done.
Additionally, as a minor, it appears the officers have attempted to squelch a problem or two without having to resort to a juvenile court issue.
Lastly, you certainly display some hostility when you start talking about "slapping some sence" into another person.
Maybe you should consider your own actions before pointing the finger at others! In the meantime....try ignoring the lady up the street instead of looking for opportunities to confront her!

first off you need your parents there in order to file a complaint against her for harassment, since you are underaged.
if you know you have ongoing probs with her... ask your parents to call the non emergency # for your local police and have an officer speak to you all about what you can do...
see if you can go to court and have a no contact order issued on your behalf. that way if she comes near you - you leave- go home and have your family report the violation to the police.
simply avoid her. do not engage her in any way shape or fashion. most importantly don't put your hands on her unless it's self defense.
like the prev poster said - there are 3 sides to all stories.

how about behave yourself like a civilized young soon to be adult should, if you were behaving and not acting like an uneducated prat i can assure you this lady wouldnt bother you .
second stay away from her, if you hit her you will serve time in prison for assault. you need to do some serious growing up and soon
