OK, my fiancee has a son who lives with his mom 6 hours away from us. He has a child support hearing in a few weeks, but it is in the city that is 6 hours away. They are threatening to arrest him if he doesn't show up! How can they do this? I spoke to my local child support enforcement agency and they told me if it is just a payment adjustment hearing then they will do what they do regardless of whether he's there. And furthermore, a lot of courts will arrange a phone conference for people who live over 100 miles away. Can ANYone with professional experience with this tell me how they expect someone who is already struggling with payment to take off of work to be in a city 6 hours away for 10:00am???

I have noticed that most of the other drivers do NOT have the signal on. So... are you supposed to or not? And can you get stopped for not having it on? I have yet to see that happen.

An officer has pulled over a driver and is questioning the driver outside of the car. Does a policeman have the right to shoot a suspect if attacked by an unarmed person all of a sudden? I don't see many night sticks on police these days. I have also never seen a cop fire on (or off screen) an unarmed person in the hundreds of police car cam videos shown on tv and the Internet. What is the usual department policy?

I wrote eariler about a fighting a ticket for being a cell. I know now I cant fight that. But this officer completely ignored the fact that this woman had been following me for a few miles and she almost hit me from behind for being on her cellphone as well. I told him about this woman and he just said "well there are alot of people behind you so that I guess that means alot of people are following you." He didnt even bother to care. Im 23yrs and she is in her 40's so Im guessing since Im younger that means im just making it up

My wife and I woke up about 2am to my son having a difficult time breathing, so we grabbed him got in the car and drove to the hospital which is only about 5 miles down the road. Halfway there I see cop flashing his lights and I pull over and I explain what is going on, so he follows me to the hospital, DOESN'T ESCORT ME AT ALL!!, and i drop my wife and son at the front doors and i park the car. The cop tells me stay in the car and asks for my insurace and stuff. He comes back with a ticket and asks why I didn't call 911. He says I could've killed bystanders and my wife and kid and that if my son would've quit breathing i would have been in a bad situation. I told him I am trained and certified in Adult and child CPR because i'm in the Air Force, i also explained that i didn't think i had enough time to wait for an ambulance, so i rushed to the ER myself, like any other father would do. So I got the ticket, and I was going 76 in a 55. This is my first ticket. I am fighting it, Advice??

My son just got a £30 pound fine for having his fog light on.
Dam I'm cross. Advice and warning would have been reasonable.

i have been buying a few things from overseas online stores which were prohibited imports, but i was unaware of this. as a result customs have seized 3 things from me and sent me the same amount of warning letters.

if i keep trying to get prohibited imports into the country, when will customs start taking action above a simple warning?

Did it take the police a week to turn up after you were mugged, attacked in your home, yobs in your area? It seems that the truth hurts to many of these useless coppers.

In my innocence I believed that these orders could serve to give the yobs serving them a purpose in life to the extent that they would return as a volunteer on completion of the Order.
Has this happened thereby making the CSO system a success or has it failed to the extent that the yobs have returned to their old ways.

would you be offended if black officers circulated a memo on how to deal with rich white folks?

maybe entitled the leaflet "corporate fascist pigs and you" or "how to handle crackers?"

for the record I'm white. so I'm allowed to use racial slurs regarding my own "race".

We have never even spoken to each other but they do things that aggravate my family. They are loud and disrespectful not to mention their kids get into our mail box. Can you put a restraining order on a neighbor just because you don't like them or does there have to be some sort of threat involved?

I went in a Denny's & hugged & tried to kiss a server, from what they say, (but don't remember cause I drank too much that night & she's pressing charges) what would be the average fines/probation, etc.-this will be my 1st. time on probation -my courtdate is next week.

What do you think of Sen Craig?? I have been in Airport mens rooms a hundred times, and never had a problem! If he is gay, so be it. Who Cares? It just seems that the police whould have something better to do, like catching murders, bank robbers, etc.

Because that's what your Father in heaven has done for you. You broke His law and the penalty is death, so He became a man and paid that penalty for you so that you could have eternal life with him. Will you receive the free gift of eternal life in Jesus Christ tonight? Please let me know so that I can pray for you.
