In my innocence I believed that these orders could serve to give the yobs serving them a purpose in life to the extent that they would return as a volunteer on completion of the Order.
Has this happened thereby making the CSO system a success or has it failed to the extent that the yobs have returned to their old ways.

In my experience, a lot of people I knew on CSO's just used to use the time to case out peoples houses, and escape routes from police.
Total waste of time !
