In general, trespass implies any type of unauthorized violation of the person or property by another. Trespassing is to commit an unlawful injury to the person, property, or rights of another, with actual or implied force or violence, especially to enter onto another's land wrongfully. In cases of larceny, it is used as an element associated with establishing the taking of another's property without permission. Trespass is universally recognized as a civil wrong for which suit may be brought. Most jurisdictions also have established legal remedy for trespass onto real property as a criminal offense.

Its when someone wants to stick it to you, by calling the police and having them give you a restraining order. Then, when you naturally retaliate by returning, they can arrest you. This can be done by your ex-employer, or mean boyfriend/girlfriend. Police waste a lot of time with restraining orders.
