would you be offended if black officers circulated a memo on how to deal with rich white folks?

maybe entitled the leaflet "corporate fascist pigs and you" or "how to handle crackers?"

for the record I'm white. so I'm allowed to use racial slurs regarding my own "race".

I keep those private because I have already been harassed by people sending me emails. Nice change of subject though...had this question been about my account settings you might have actually earned the title of "top contributor"

That wasn't the point of the creation of the pamphlet and you know it. Butterbarbob, if there isn't yet a school of thought dedicated to "racist apologetics" you should be the one to write THAT pamphlet

If the black officers needed everyone to be on the same page on how to handle a white person, why would they NOT circulate a memo on how to handle it, and vice versa for the white cop on poor blacks? If you want everyone doing something different then ya, don't circulate anything. Why would you not try to have some semblance of organization in the department? Unless you are speaking of a memo that uses racial slurs and inappropriate words, that is no good obviously. Yes you should have a memo on how to deal with rich white folks, because most think they can do what ever they want, and when you try to give them a ticket or something, they get all dramatic... OH MY GOD, I cannot believe this!.. You are citing me do you know how much I do for this city?... bla bla bla... There should be some departmental trianing or memo on tips on what you can say or do to try and make the situation go smoother. Same as when you pull over a car, and all of a sudden, YOU PULLED ME OVER BECAUSE I AM BLACK!! Even though you had no idea WHAT the driver looked like because you were checking out the car and the plate and other things before! There should be a memo on how to handle this type of thing if it is a problem. BUT, again OBVIOUSLY, in a politically correct way. You just can't leave notes around that use negative racial slurs and such. That is just common sense.

We all know it happens just a few of us who have the brass to say it. I personally hate this racial BS. That race card gets thrown far too often. Let a white man go through a black area of town he will be pulled over in a New York second. Never fear, it also happens the other way. The PD has some theory that people of different races can't be friends unless a dope deal is the common denominator. While we see cops of both races in the same car trying to play house. There seems to be a theory that we must carry the discrimination on for future generations. They are perpetuating a cycle. Assinine Behavior 101.

Racism is everywhere....You can't refuse to hire a racist. If cop is only arresting CRIMINALS of one race, then he is a jerk who is doing his job. Are you one of those conspiracy theorist? Racial profiling is looked down upon, but it isn't illegal. ;) (sue...tell the captian....tell the local press..etc)

Personally, I think you are paranoid. This is evident since you keep your previous questions and answers "private". I tried to find your question to have a better understanding of what you are talking about. Doubtful the "documents" you refer to are real.
