I went in a Denny's & hugged & tried to kiss a server, from what they say, (but don't remember cause I drank too much that night & she's pressing charges) what would be the average fines/probation, etc.-this will be my 1st. time on probation -my courtdate is next week.

I bet you did more than that. Sexual battery. You touched her boob or something. Learn to control your drinking. Plus when I drink too much, people are laughing at me, not taking me to court. Have fun.

Maybe, they gonna throw ya in the cellar but, its definitely a small price, considering the prize--kissing a sweety,ain't it boy? Rest easy and dont ya git riled up,cause the jury ain't gonna ask you to join the pucker's club (like that of Vince Mickman's fame-WWE).I am sure you will, plead guilty of misdemeanor committed under the influence of drinks.The laws are lenient in this regard.Maybe a fine only since first offence.You might regret now fer all that.Maybe ya should have gone ahead and.......no offence meant only joking.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I do know that if you plea, or are found, guilty, you will be required to register as a sex offender. I recommend that you discuss that, fully, with your attorney. It is something that is going to effect your life well beyond whatever sentence you receive.
