im in a pretty ritzy part of town. I notice a lot of times when someone is being pulled over there are 2 or 3 police cars involved in the stop. in other areas when i see this i figure it must be for a serious offense, but here it seems to happen every day...and as i mentioned..it is a very ritzy place practically no crime. anybody have any insight to why a police department would use so many cars to stop one person?

During the taped interview i told him my version of the story and told the officer that if i was going to be charged i would want to counter claim the allegation, he said that 'we could deal with that later' The warden claimed i grabed his neck with my left hand (im right handed) this is not true. after the interview i was put in a cell for 3-4 hours and then charged with Section39 Criminal Justice act 1988. And i couldnt counte

I live in Orange County and have received a parking citation in the city of Cypress. I was wondering if I decided to contest the citation, do I have to show up in court after the request for the contest has been reviewed. All it says on the ticket is that, "You will be notified by mail of the result of your administrative review."

Will some lawyer honest enough help me ? I am a senior citizen and a victim of nexus of corrupt police officers, accused persons and judges in lower court where my matter is pending. My office premises was broken in by the accused persons and police due to corrupt intent did not register FIR for almost 23 months and twisted some facts in it to help the accused persons. I kept quite thinking that an honest judge will hear the fact and see the documentary evidences that I have. Even after delayed registration of FIR police did not file charge sheet for another 8 months to help the accused persons and did not give me the keys to the office of which I am legal owner. Now the matter is in hearing stage and I made an application to the judge to accept and take it on record with the documents that clearly proves the hand in glove arrangement that the accused person had with the police officers involved. But to my utter shock the judge is inclined to refuse my application. Pl. help me.

I have a felony warrant Iin Florida, and was pulled over in Illinois. When they ran me (thru NCIC as well?), the warrant came up in their computer. They told me, went back to their car, I waited about half an hour, then they let me go as if nothing happened. How, in them knowing I have a warrant, did they not care enough to arrest me??? Did a geographic restriction help me???.. Thus, should I move to Alaska? But still, they were nice at the end (?)

Reason i ask is my friend changed his first name but not his last and on the crb respose letter it had not known his changed name nor did it pick up one of his names in his double barole surname.Change had been done 2yrs before he had the crb check.

He got caught because he had still used his exisiting surname
Are the dvla linked to the crb pcm check database i.e. notify as soon as a change happens

me and my two friends got pulled over last night. the driver was 19 and the other two of us are 17... we get pulled over for speeding and soon we find 5 cop cars behind us. eventually they tell us to step out the car, and then tell the driver that they had to search his car because he had a suspisious record (he hsant been charged for anythign). they search the car and he even asks the police that they have to have concent which he didnt give. then they found a liquour bottle in the back,. they told us it was illegal to transport liquour, and we told them it was his dads (which for the first time, it actually was) they said it didnt matter and we still couldnt. eventually they dumped out the alcohol, couldnt find any drugs after 3 tries with the k9 dogs. and hour an half later we drive off with a 5 point 270 dollar ticket for driving 77 in a 45...

now tell me

were they allowed to search the car
