I've been reading many police reports and would like to know what type of drugs are included on which schedule?

Refers to the supporting documents that make up the report. Scheduled drugs are listed on the FDA's website.

It started during the Nixon administration. There were so many protesting against the Vietnam war and "they thought," most of them were on drugs. So in turn, they made the certain drugs - such as Pot, in the same category as heroin. And by doing this, it would put more protesters behind bars. Even though it didn't slow the protesters down much, the people now were facing stiff charges and higher fines if they were caught. Another catch 22, drug tax stamp. Look that one up for a nice surprise.

I'm a little rusty on these, but Schedules are Federal standards or rating drugs or narcotics. Some have ligitimate medical use, and some have no medicinal use at all. The Schedule determines which fall under these types of categories.

The term "schedule" in that context refers to a list published by govt agencies of different categories of drugs.
