What's the minimum legal age of smoking in India?
I have read ''The Delhi Prohibition of Smoking and Non-Smokers Health Protection Act ,1996''..
Is there NOT any such law in other parts of India??

There is a Central Legislation by name Prohibition of Smoking in Public Places Act and this Act applies to whole of India.
The Act defines "Public Places" so as to impose penalty and consequent punishment to the violators.

YES THERE IS ONE IN THE STATE OF WEST BENGAL PROHIBITING SMOKING IN PUBLIC PLACES AND TRANSPORT.
