Hmmm, think you might get into a spot of bother for that.
Personally I think you should report them for dropping litter... fireworks shower litter all over the surrounding area and you never see anyone who lights them clearing up the spent shells afterwards!
I would contact your local Police if I were you!!!

Yes. The people that let off fireworks after 11p.m. are both selfish and ignorant. Not to mention money wasting idiots!
They have no consideration for others and frighten the life out of our wild animals, and domestic pets. I would ban all domestic displays for safety the environment and peace and quiet.

So, you're asking if people do something you don't like that the law allows them to do, can you attack them or commit arson?
The answer, obviously, is no.
If you think the laws should be changed to disallow daytime fireworks, then lobby to change the laws.
If you think their actions constitution nuisance under common law, then sue to get them stopped.
You have legal recourse before you commit criminal acts.

It's still illegal to use fireworks after 11pm except on certain days.
It's illegal to light them in the street and it's illegal to throw them. It's also illegal to posess them if you're under 18.

Try getting a cease and desist order from your local court.
