Should have explained I plan to appeal as I was not parked against the law.I have listened to everyones advice and decide to pay the fine but have another problem, No photo I.D. and my driving licence is the old paper one (no pic). Don't own a passport, and only have a out dated 'New Deal Card' but it has photo? Will they allow that? It's in Edmongton North London N18.Thanks all
