he wanted to give him more than that, but fortunatelly i did not give him my passport or liscence driver but now I know thos gys are scammer I am really worried. I had a phone conversation about it to the goverment in mexico, but they only i got was we are only authorized to take control of lottery and games in mexico. do you know whats the best besides the spam i gave them I can do?

are the sentences passed down on some people adequate or do they need a good overhall,some people get longer sentances than other for the same crime,their seems to be no uniformity,the only difference is the judge passing sentance.we had 1 person in australia caught drunken driving 8 timesand was released each time on a good behaviour bond.yet another person caught once get 600 dollar fine and community,service where is the justice.what do you think

Well lets say Billy is 15 and hes a honor roll student at his highschool and a superstar soccer player. He has his first run in with the law for lets say stealing and it turns out on his Juvenile record. Would that ruin his whole life? Would that mean no college would accept him/ no scholarships/ no life what so ever?

I got pulled over today for going 73 in a 55. It had just turned to 55 but I didn't feel like slowing down as I was getting off in a minute. It was a work zone. I was looking at charges online and they are going to be ridiculous. I am a college student and I have very little money for all these charges. Does anyone know the best way to go about getting this reduced at all. I really need the help. I live in New York and I don't have any other points on my license.

I received a speeding ticket for 77 in a 55. I was told by a friend that my best option is pleading no contest. If i plead no contest, what happens next? Does the judge question me right there on the spot? Do I have to prove to the judge that I have unusual circumstances (obstructed view, heavy traffic, etc)? Is there a way to have the fine/points reduced if i plead no contest?

Any advice would be great!

This includes all the expenses it costs to keep these people.Staff wages, Bed and Board etc.

When they were released would this not give them a sense of responsibilty to what there actions cost us tax payers and help them to be more responsible adults in the future.

I went to Mexico this last weekend, and noticed a lot of immigration cars on the highway, coming back from Mexico, and wondered this. I live in Arizona, so I know that highway patrol can pull you over for going over (75mph), its obvious, but what about immigration? Do they only have the right to pull you over if they think there is something suspicious (or illegal) in your car (like trafficking people)? Or can they also pull you over for traffic violations (on the highway)?

Yesterday night I got pulled over. He said he clocked me between 45-50 in a 35. I told him that i was going 40 and my rims might off-set the speedometer calibration. He reduced the ticket right there to a Failure to Obey Traffic Device (running a red light). Let me add, 2 months ago i got a ticket for failure to yield and no seatbelt and just mailed them in paying the fine. Think i should just pay the ticket or fight it?

Okay so today i was driving on the freeway and i looked on the side of the road and a baby deer's leg was caught barely in the little hole of the fence. So i pull on the side of the road thinking im going to do the right thing and help it out right. So i get out and head towards the fence but i didn't have a razorblade or anything to stretch it out or cut it out. So i decide to call 911 BIG MISTAKE! 2 @sshole cops show up. I tell them the situation but they never listen like always. They start arguing with me and threaten me saying that if i don't leave that they will shoot me with there tazer gun and send me to jail. So i start heading to my car obviously going to leave and i hear them shoot it for no reason. The sad thing is that it wasn't even in any pain it was just stuck and its mom was on the other side watching this. I am so pist off right now none of this was supposed to happen but thats all cops result in is violence.
