he wanted to give him more than that, but fortunatelly i did not give him my passport or liscence driver but now I know thos gys are scammer I am really worried. I had a phone conversation about it to the goverment in mexico, but they only i got was we are only authorized to take control of lottery and games in mexico. do you know whats the best besides the spam i gave them I can do?

Probably not much. ID theft is made much easier by using Social Security numbers and birthdates. Your name and address isn't going to help him much; otherwise, these crooks wouldn't need to contact anybody, they could just peruse the phonebook.
