not including that itd be illegal for me to posess one etc, but is it an extra charge to bring it out during an arguement, not making any threats just holding it out so they can get the point.if so what laws does that break.

My husband is currently in school for criminal justice and wants to be a police officer. In 2002 he was driving home from the bar..stopped at a red light..and another drunk driver plowed right into him. The other driver was given a breathalizer and obviously failed..and the police officer gave my husband a breathalizer because he had to under the circumstances and he was just over the limit. He was charged with a 4th degree DUI..it is only a misdemeanor. If it helps to answer my question he was charged in Minnesota..and we plan on moving to Wisconsin and he would be a police officer there. He doesn't have anything else on his record..no traffic tickets or anything. Does anyone know how strict either state is when hiring police officers?

If animals can warn other animals of danger by flashing lights, why cant I?

When I was at college, I got suspended and jailed for flashing a heckler koch MP5 at other students that annoyed me. I even pistol whipped one guy who thought he was hard and had to resist the urge to pump lead into the fool.

when I started college, I got ten t-shirts printed out saying "talk to me and I will slay you and your family" Yet some people talked me and hence the problems I had.

Going back in time what weapon would I have needed to keep humans away from me. I really thought a HK Mp5 would be enough but they must have thought it was deactivated or something.

Only good thing about college, was that I shot a hard mans leg clean off and filmed it. Footage still available on Frostwire and Bittorent. He is still walking on a captain hook leg. If only he could have got the message that I was unaproachable. These fools need cs gas their face to learn a lesson, of not approaching psycos.

I was cited for speeding. One officer operated the radar gun and a second officer wrote the ticket. Do they both have to appear in court? Does the officer operating the radar gun have to be the one to issue the ticket? I did not see the officer with the gun show the other officer the speed. How do i fight this?

My boyfriend was riding in a car with his friend today when they were pulled over for having no tag. The officers searched the car and found nothing. They asked my boyfriend his name and he gave them a different last name (his adoptive parents last name) which isn't what is on his license or birth certificate. He explained this to them but they arrested him for giving a false name. I thought it was only illegal to give a false name if you were covering up for something illegal not just because a cop asked you your name. We really need advice on this because he is on probation and this charge could cause his probation to be revoked.

and wants to speak with her. She does not want me to tell anyone (even husband) that she is not there so I tell them she is not available at the moment. He gets angry with me for not answering his questions. I have informed him that I do not want to be involved in their marital problems but he seems bent on involving myself and another employee. He went to his wifes apartment today and called from there and asked for his wife. She was not at work she was at her apartment and he knew she was there. When I told him she was not available at the moment he said I know she is here with me. Any way to make a long story short is there any law that forbids people from annoying you at your place of work? I am seeking other employment but until then is there anything I can do?

If you think about it, most people say that stricter gun laws would reduce crime. But the only people who would keep the new laws in the first place are the people who didn't break the laws to begin with. So basically, they're passing laws for people who won't follow them anyway. So what's the point?

my stepson was caught at school with 76 white round pills that have no writing on them but only a score line in the middle on one side. he says he doesnt know what they are and the school officer said he didnt recognize them either. it is going to take a couple of months for the results to come back from the lab. im curious to know what they are now. it might help me figure out where he got them from. does anybody have any idea what these might be?

My boyfriend's aunt was asked by her boss to "accidently" burn down her place of employment for the insurance money. She hitched a ride to the laundry matt that she works at with her vehicle, caught a drier on fire by messing with the wires and left. When my boyfriend returned to his house (across the street from whare her appartments are) she ran over and asked him for a ride. They had already passed her when she was on her way upto the laundry matt and knew she had been their already but was needing a ride to the gas station for somthing to eat. They gave her a ride but she knew she couldnt go to the laundry matt with my boyfriend's mother in the car so she let them go back to the house then "forgot" and said she had to change the security tapes at her job. My boyfriend got in the car and drove her to the laundry matt when he saw that it was on fire, he turned to run to the video place next store when his aunt stopped him and said "wait! I'll give you 1,000$ if you dont.

The law isnt very black and white as many of you know. I live in Florida and I'm not sure what the self defense laws are. I thought if you used a weapon in self defense you could be charged with aggravtaed battery, which I believe carries a two year mandatory sentence. Anybody know?

I got pulled over today for speeding in a school zone. (39 in a 25). it was a mistake since the school zone is only 80 feet long. but i didn't have my license on me so i gave him my social and he didn't give me a citation or anything. he asked for my home phone and my cell phone number. i didn't give any paperwork or i didn't sign anything. was it a warning or what? Will I get a ticket in the mail?

im thinking of going to court by my self... Im 19. I got pulled over and the cop said he didnt know how fast i was goin, but it was evident i was speeding. he gave me a basic speeding rule violation and it was 100 dollars...is this legal??? i mean i wasnt even sure i was speeding and he admitted he didnt know how fast i was goin... Why do police always get on TV and cry that a slain officer had a wife and kids, and that the criminal is an SOB? If the officer had a family, maybe they shouldn't have been cops. You know damn well every time you punch into your shift you might not punch out. So where are your priorities?
Furthermore, when a criminal is slain or jailed, they had it coming. No concern for the welfare of the children they leave behind; which leads to a new crop of criminals.
Now before you get all bent out of shape saying i support cop killing, I don't support any killing. Just want to illustrate the hypocricy of the behavior. If you put yourself in harm's way accept that reality and possible outcomes. If you can't, do something else.

Someone went into my car just right now, they took my cds, chain , sweater and a money order of 300.00 which is my rent money!! what do i do?? The money order ahd my receipt with it i just made that money order and now its gone i should have tooken it out of my car Duh!! Anyways what can i do to get that money back with no receipt my rent is due saturday!!!!???

I was being interviewed while under investigation and during the interview was advised that they allowed a felon to call my phone, not once but twice, i assume to see if I would talk to him (first attempt, my child answered and call was terminated, second call was unsuccessful).
It still has me pretty ticked off that they would allow these phone calls, while they were listening. I looked up entrapment, and it doesn't fall under this. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I was 17 when i was convicted of Possesion of class D with intent to dist, and possesion of class B with intent to distribute, Im 18 now and i have been clean from drugs since i was put on probation, i was charged and convicted as an adult. But i want to know if i could be a cop later on. I want to go to school for criminal justice and dont want to waste money i earned from working my balls off. But if i can be a cop its not a waste of money. If it helps out class D was weed and My class B charge was Ecstacy. Everyone makes mistakes.
