I recently got a ticket while driving through another state. I was wondering if this will go on my driving record in the state I live in. Anyone know about this?

A few years ago, a law called the compact law went into effect. Check it out online, it means if you lose your driver's licence in one state, you lost it in all states except for five states. A ticket in one state is on your record in 45 states.

Technically a regulation enforcement officer is an officer 24 hours an afternoon. Did he practice you a badge? How did he clock you for rushing on an identical time as off accountability in his residing house? Does he stroll around the residing house on his loose time with a radar gun? i could take this to court no rely what and rfile the incident to this persons supervisor. If the area isn't resolved record a ideal criticism. Plus verify the court date.

Depends if the state in question has an agreement with you home state, in which they recognize each others driving records.

Many surrounding states do have such compacts with each other.

no - otherwise my husband wouldn't have a spotless driving record every year when it's checked for his school bus endorsement.
