Each city is a little bit different as to how they store their ordances and where you can access them. The best place to start is the Internet, simply because it's the fastest. Larger cities especially are beginning to make their ordinances available via Internet. After that, you'll want to contact you City Hall. The receptionist should be able to inform you if they maintain the ordances there or at your local courthouse (I have seen it done both ways).

The procedures for actually obtaining a copy may differ as well. Once you find where the ordinances are kept, you may be required to fill out some basic information including your name, address and phone number. You may also have to pay a fee for the copy, especially if it's a large ordinance. Typically the fee is minimal, only covering the cost of copying. Again, how easy or difficult is going to depend on the city.

Good Luck!

Pull? Not sure what you mean, but if you want to see one go to city hall and ask for a copy. They will probably charge you the copy fee's.

If by "pull" you mean get a city to stop a city ordinance or withdraw it the city would probably have to replace it or pass a new ordinance. For that you call your council member, ask for a meeting and explain what ordinance you want removed and what you would have it replaced with.
