A man have been stalking me around lately...what can I do about him? Should I inform the police? However, I've been told by my friends that there's nothing the police can do unless he has done something to me. What should I do? I live in Singapore by the way.

I was wondering if 1 in 8 people are released from prison after having been found innocent, what happens to them? Does the government step in to help them, pay their taxes perhaps for a few years? How hard is it for them to find a job or go to school or anything like that? Where could I find the information on this? Thanks

Police 20 years ago were respected and did their jobs for the people. Police now do the jobs for the wages and the esteem they get from being in power. In my opinion!!!!!

My friends and I are being charged with burglary of a habitat. We never broke into a house though, we just threw a rock and broke a window. We never even stepped foot onto the property. We talked to a lawyer and he said it's still burglary because something went though the house. Also, he said that people that have felonies can't take plea bargains.

Well, right after, we talked to a different lawyer. This lawyer said it's just destruction of property and at most attempted burglary. He also said that some felonies can almost always be reduced to a lower felony or misdemeaner through plea bargaining.

My question is, which lawyer is right? And why did they think otherwise?

The Denver P.D. found the cop killer all the way in Mexico in less than 2 weeks, yet when a young successful black man, (Darrent Williams) is brutally murdered in front of dozens of witnesses, they can't seem to find their butt with a mirror.

The news story about the thousands of illegal--as in felony--survelliance conducted by the FBI is being called 'inexcusable.' If you or I, conducted felony breaking and entering, wire taping, invasion of Privacy (1964 civil rights laws), and the list continues, we'd be hauled to jail, bond posted, and so on. Why have these agents not been arrested and subjected to the laws they are entrusted to uphold? I think it is so much worse if you a re in law enforcement and you violate that trust and the laws, and then to not have the same enforcers not arrest their own, makes me sick. It is not 'inexcusable' when it's a FELONY!!! Let's see them taste alittle of their own medicine. Put them in Jail---where they belong and then I'll know america has a Constitution that the Supreme Court upholds.

I read an article this morning about an effort in Seattle to ban driving while talking on the phone, writing, texting, & other forms of distracted driving. I've seen plenty of very dangerous driving on the roads. I saw someone (during morning rush hour on the DC beltway) driving, talking on the phone (with the bent neck on the shoulder), holding cup of coffee, and eating a sandwich! I've seen someone doing a crossword puzzle on the steering wheel. (anyone who lives around DC knows you can see this as slow as you are going). Seen reading a stack of paper (probably work reports that should have been done at home-or work!). Smoking, eating, drinking, talking- at once!

DC has a no hand set law. You MUST use an earpiece if you are driving. Cops are the biggest violators of the law! I see them driving with DVDs playing on the dash! How can they enforce laws they dont chose to follow?

I would love to see laws passed. Even more, enforced!

Do you trust the law enforcement in your area?
Do you think they help good people when needed?
Or do think they let bad people get away with alot of things and look the otherway?

My friend is in jail right now on charges of attempted burglary. He's been there for about 1 month. His first court date is tomorrow. Are they going to release him tomorrow, or will he have to stay in jail until the entire case is closed?

Here is my problem:

Keys are on the inside of the lock (Yale) how can I get in?
I locked the door accidentally this morning, leaving my key on the inside of the lock (it is a Yale lock). I have a spare key, but have been told that it will not work (because the key is in the lock on the otherside.) I really need to get into my house tonight, and a locksmith is not an option because I have no money on my person. What can I do?

Will the community police be able to help at all? A friend said they might be able to open the door for me.

I have had these two neighbours for a good many years. However occasionally they have been very arrogant and on the odd occasion blunt (telling me some years ago that I was like their cousin 'useless because not very good at holding down a job) Now I took no notice about this.

However recently they both accused me of something that was trivial but I was wound up so muich by her comment and her husbands snide comment a few days prior that I told them to 'go away in no uncertain terms' (four letters)

If they wind me up again I know what to do smile and walk away-but I cannot do this. If I say the same thing again to either or both of them could they report me to the Police?
But more to the point could I get an ASBO for reacting to their comments-even though I do think they deserve it? Thanking you for your advice

Recently I was watching television one night and on the news I heard them mention about a website that you can logg onto and find out if in your area any teacher(s) are arrested for indecency with minors or have to register as sex offender(s). I did not get the website . Does anyone else know it?

My mom was recently talking to this guy.She thought was so sweet and nice. Than he started to pay for her bills like cable, insurance and the car note on a three way call. All of which payments are now been voided checks. Also on top of all that. He was also wiring money to her account. Which has a negitive balance due to bad checks. He would send 800 to her account than ask for 400 back. Then calm that he was going to give her more , but he always withdrew and took some money out. It was as if he had ballon money.I mean I know where he live. I went to his house and tried to get him out his house. To see where the cash was at but he just acted like he was his cousion and tried to call the cops. Now he has my car plate info and now he telling my mom he has an accountant that haddles his billls whom she has a written check cashiers check in her name whom was spending the weekend at alantic city and hasn`t came back. Who is he and why does he think that someone like
me ---- that is Simone Ozbolt needs meds ------------
maybe he is a bit of a psycho.....................................

Who knows who officer Wee-wee is, as I WOULD LIKE him kicked off the answers thing, as his name is rude his questions obtuse and a little
ridiculous, adn he is obssessed with doing drugs...

Or he would not ask someone who has not ever
taken meds about them, the only thing I take is an
aspirin after reading his questions and his answers...

So, officer wee-wee, have your nappies changed,
and stop talking all this stuff or you may find yourself placed in JAIL, by the antimeds question
POLICE, I have a very nice blue cap at home as
well as a pair of nasty looking hand cuffs, maybe
if you tell me where you live I can come over and
cuff your for the defamation part of your stupid
question....................................................................
