All of which payments are now been voided checks. Also on top of all that. He was also wiring money to her account. Which has a negitive balance due to bad checks. He would send 800 to her account than ask for 400 back. Then calm that he was going to give her more , but he always withdrew and took some money out. It was as if he had ballon money.I mean I know where he live. I went to his house and tried to get him out his house. To see where the cash was at but he just acted like he was his cousion and tried to call the cops. Now he has my car plate info and now he telling my mom he has an accountant that haddles his billls whom she has a written check cashiers check in her name whom was spending the weekend at alantic city and hasn`t came back. You mother would have to sue him for the money that she owes to the bank. You will have a hard time in court with this because it sounds like she was in on the scam. I would gather any proof that he took money out of her account. Don't try and settle this yourself. Take it to court. Close him off any accounts and call the police to get a report documented.

Really doesn't it sound fishy to begin with? I'll send you checks for 800 for you to cash but I only want 400 back? If he wanted to give your mom money he would have given her cash or a personal check for the amount owed. Be aware of people who don't have their own bank accounts and want to use yours. It's usually a scammer.

Sounds to me like you should have been doing these things for your mother. I have seen this many times where family member don't care about aging parents and are happy that someone takes care of them but then get panicky when they think that the money they are hoping to inherit might be getting stolen by someone else, or god forbid, used for the care of the parents. He could not have done these things if you were paying attention and she would not have needed anyone else to do these things if her family was there for her.
