I am a NJ resident and i got a summons for driving with a NY drivers license and not a NJ drivers license, what can i do?

Every time I go out shopping I steal things ie: dvd's, cd's, cloths ect ect, I am currently working as a special contstable for the met police and I am very worried I will get caught. The problem is I cant stop the temptation always gets the better of me. Please can someone help me with some ideas on how to stop.

Last december i had lost an amount of 600$ inside my room i was so paronid to figure out who among my housemate had to took it. so i decided to put on my video cam during my absence & let it record but for a quite sometime the thieft did not attack, just two days bak i put some money on seperate envolope for my credit card payment and leave it inside my bag. and today i decided to check the envolpe coz i was planning tyo pass by to the bank to make my payment. and to my surprised the other envelope was empty some one took my 140$, do you think so the finger print of that personwho took the money can still be traced becoz i have shown it to my officemate and he also check the envelope i wanted to send it to the police for finger print test. their is only three of us in the house now so it will be one of my housemate had taken it and its not possible that its one of my office mate coz im sitting in the reception. please advise if the finger print trace still stay.

Cops do good things, and bad things. I know doing good things is their job, but to me, anytime someone does something heroic I find it newsworthy, whether it is in their job description or not.

Why does the news media seem to carry negative officer stories 10 to 1 over positive?

Any idea how we can convince them we DO like reading stories about cops and firemen who do brave things?

I need to know if
1. Is there any way they can legally force me to come home? (I live in California and will be moving to Florida, if that helps.)
2. If they gave me something clearly stating in front of other witnesses that it was a gift (laptop) and I take it with me, can they charge me for theft?
3. Could my roommate be charged with "kidnapping" me if my parents believed that I was not acting under my own power?
4. If I only bring my own belongings, is there any way they could charge me for theft?
5. If they try to track me down and bring me back, could I charge harrassment or file a restraining order against them?

I want a new pistol for concealed carry to replace my cap and ball revolver. So I plan purchasing a colt M1911 for its reliability and for hard hitting .45 colt ACP round. I wanted to know if this was a good pistol for concealed carry? Is it difficult to keep concealed? Would you recommend any other pistol to carry besides the colt m1911?

I am currently thinking of pursuing this career. it is of great interest to me and i can see myself doing this and being comfortable with it. but i also would like to actually make some money. more looking for a job that can make me 75 k plus and is in the same kinda field... or somewhere closely related with darker part of the human psyche but isnt just mental work. something with both a mental and physical side to it

The facts:
City sez my speed 28 in 20 mph school zone.
The temperature was sub freezing.(27 degrees) affecting readings?
My driving record is totally spotless. No speeding tix in the last 10 years.
Was well aware of the speed trap prior.
90% of school zone speed limits in Washington require kids to be present when the lower speed is in effect; most school zones are directly in front of the school or within eye shot of the school. (City sez a school zone from 6am to 6pm regardless). There were no children during the so called infraction, no school in sight.
Have already mailed back contesting the ticket. Now awaiting first hearing
Ticket does not affect ins
I am a cheap MoFo/ city likes their speed traps
I have more time than money or sense?
nutshell: I want to make it more costly for the city to deal with me and my requests for police/equipment/subpeonas for records than to dismiss the $101 tix.
Please Don't answer w "stop speeding" need real help to defeat bad law.
