How would you get reemployed to another law enforcement agency when they do the background check and find that there was a questionable incident at my last assignment which got me terminated.

1) carry a swiss army knife if:

i) you are under 16/18 (whatever age you can buy knives)
ii) you are over the legal knife buying age

2) to carry a gun- an air gun, BB gun (excluding SMG, rocket launcher etc.)

3) To stab or injure someone if they are like running away because they stole something etc.
e.g. a burglar steals something while you are in the kitchen. You happen to be chopping someone and you stab them, as they take
your laptop, on the table away.

4) destroy your own stuff like burn your own car etc.

5) shout at people, tell people to shut up, p**s off etc.

6)tell people terrorism is a good thing (even though it isn't but where is freedom of speech)

7) spam people and what counts as spam

8) say someone is watever ie say jaimie oliver is a nazi

9) does thinking of killing someone, making bombs and whatever count as conspiracy to murder or whatever cos if that is, then its like the world of nineteen-eight four by George Orwell.

I do NOT do any of these

A close friend is being repeatedly threatened by an ominous pit bull monster. Police involved and dog wardens. All official and video evidence obtained. Does CO2 gas work on dogs? The human form does for the police. Do you know? Thanks.

My wife and I recently moved to Gilbert, AZ. Not too long ago I was pulled over by a Gilbert, AZ police officer. I couldn't figure out why I was going the speed limit and two vehicle jetted pass me. Anyway, I remained nochalant and I ask the police officer when he pulled me over, "Hello, Sir may I ask what the problem is?" He responded, "Can I just have your driver's license, registration and proof of insurance). I then asked, "May I ask why I was pulled over?" He responded, "I'll tell you after I run your license, then he asked me if the car was registered in my name and if it was stolen." I gave him my military I.D. and License Slip; Proof of Insurance (he declined to take my registration). He then told me he pulled me over because I did not have an AZ Registration Tag on my Dealer Plate's but he could see that I have a CA Registered Car that doesn't require a tag. He then asked if I plan on living here or just visiting. he then told me if I am going to live here to update my ..

Hi, say I was 'writing a book', and my 'character' was contemplating purchasing STUN EQUIPMENT.
She knows where to buy it, and is absolutely prepared to use it should it be necessary.
Certain people have threatened an attack and she realises it's going to happen when she has her young children with her.
My 'character' needs more info on this equipment and is especially interested in the type that prevents accidental discharge and is kept securely on the wrist.
I have researched some sites but need info from 'Joe public' who may have experience of these things.
'Do-Gooders' keep your comments to youselves as it's only a 'BOOK'!!!!

Thank you....

rocks and shouting expletives to anybody who dares to walk down the streets and it stinks of f*****g hypocracy when parents say they are worried about the welfare of their children on our streets in the UK. These little bast*rds know that at such a young age that no action whatsoever can be taken against them and they are loving it. Maybe the parents should be beaten up by vigilantes.

Unlike trained law enforcement officials here in New York State, Locally appointed "code inforcement" officials or "building inspectors" are used to circumvent the fifth amendment requirement for a warrant to enter onto private property by corrupt local governments. Is there a legal basis for this?

have you heard about the new gps sneakers? i was thinking, the government should inject sex offenders with gps chips so their movements can be monitored. if a child went missing the sex offenders who were in the area could be checked on. they could make sure they don't go near school and they wouldn't be able to move and live unregistered in an unknowing community. there has been tons of research that suggests pedophiles cannot be cured and will always want to reoffend. so i think if they were constantly being monitored the chance of reoffending would be extremely low. about their rights, i think the inncoent children and people of the united states have the right ro be protected from them. these chips cold be considered protection for them too so they couldn't be falsely charged for a crime they didn't commit and they would be very apprehensive to reoffend and knowing that that is not an option more of them may reach out for psychological help (such as counseling). what do you think?

Ex: You get pulled over, get arrested, out on bail and are going to plead not guilty...You are going to fight this case...
Why this officer stopped you in the first is a huge question...He could give any reason or excuse, but with that does he have to say what, when, why and how this is probable cause? Or they can make something up and get away with it? Just because the officer knows you does that give him probable cause?
