Thats how children behave now the government have stepped in and taken control of how to reprimand them out of the hands of the parents! We now have out of control kids who know they cannot be touched by anyone so why should they behave in any type of civilised manner?
Ps If they steal cars they get rewarded with things like an apprenticeship in car mechanics or they are sent go-cart racing, whereas if kids behave they have to pay for these privillages!

Before you go beating someone up, are you sure that the parents of these kids are the ones saying they are worried about the welfare of kids on the street?

I feel for you... I feel for us all in the western world. It seems that the tail is wagging the dog these days... The lunatics are running the asylum...
It does seem inevitable that people are going to have to take matters in their own hands... I thought that law was supposed to punish offendors.... Everyone has gotten on this "violence prevention" Sh*t... All that means is that good folks are further restricted.
Don't blame the parents. It is against the law for them to do much to their kids. The schools and TV and Music are indoctrinating them... Britney Spears and Paris are their role models.

There is only one answer - run in the parents. Tag them, so that they cannot go down the pub and leave the kids to run riot. Force them to wear a badge or deletable tattoo that forbids any outlet to sell them alcohol, and confiscate their microwaves, so that they have to cook meals for themselves and their families. Introduce compulsory labour instead of benefits. Stigmatise them, so that decent society can identify, and shun, these useless parasites.

There's something very wrong with this world. Those kids are out there now being evil because there aren't procedures in place to prevent them from becoming that way inclined in the first place. Basically, they're lost causes - but they shouldn't be. Are we really in a civilised society?

Ha! Reminds me of the movie Sid and Nancy where the catholic school kids are running around with baseball bats on the streets, bashing cars. Lol!

Sounds like you need to change some laws and hold these youngsters accountable for their hooligan behavior. Here in the states - they would be held accountable and could even face time in a juvenile detention if the behavior continued repeatedly.

Where the hell do you live.
Tell me so i can avoid it.
You want to video them with a camcorder then give a copy to the old bill.
They in turn will do somehting about it if you have proof.
They will arrest the parents. Its a crime not to be incontrol of a minor.
