I've been given an extra credit assignment in my AJ class. Does anyone know the actual case (teacher thinks it is Shink v. something) within the 1st amendment, where it is illegal to yell such things like "fire in a crowed theater" originated? Please help...it is due tomorrow....2/14

Falsely Reporting and Incident, Reckless Endangerment, Disorderly Conduct (By causing undue panic in a public place). These are items from most states penal codes. One of the other answers gives you the actual case you asked about.
