im getting different sources usually they are from some kind of goverment official from another country offering to share to me some uncollected treasures or money. i know this is a kind of mail fruad, where can i report such activiities. i want to report these to the authorities.

The FBI is well aware of these kinds of scams already. Save yourself the hassle and hit the spam button on your email.
Here is the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center website. On it is a list of fraudulent emails that they are already aware of, as well as the link to the form to file a complaint if your's isn't on there.

Call the local cops, or the postal inspectors, etc. But NEVER respond to them. I wrote back some smart aleck answers and now they cloned my domain name and send SPAM all over the world from "my account." I even got a warning from my email service until I explained I wasn't the one sending that garbage.
