Is it before or after the academy. The reason I am asking is so that I can find a home in the area, or have one built hopefully while he is in the academy so that is will be ready or near ready when he gets out.

There seems to be a lot of aggressive behaviour towards local residents from young thugs in my street. It has got to the point where I am a bit scared to leave my girlfreind alone in the house. They have broken a drain pipe, used threatening behaviour towards a neighbour, banging on windows and doors. A lot of my neighbours are older and some are women with children who find this very intimidating. I have rang the police and have been given an incident number with a promise of somone ringing me back in a couple of days. As you can imagine, this does not make me feel very secure. I am a part time artist and I am thinking of imortalising the f##kers in series of photo's and putting them around the local area. Can I get in trouble?

I was thinking of taking this proposal to the City Council. Not like it is a serious problem, but it is a matter of respect to the families and ancestors of the deceased.
My proposal is to make it an infraction, a Five Hundred dollar fine per person "investigating", second and more offense(s), $1000 fine per person and a day in jail.

What is the point of double locking a lock? If a thief is able to pick a lock that has been locked only once, is he not able to pick a double locked lock? How much more secure is a double locked lock?

First, this is a serious question. Please only reply if you are well informed of the matters detailed below.

Is the Secret Intelligence Service (AKA MI6/5) the 'highest ranking' establishment in terms of UK government Intelligence agencies?

Can operatives of such organisations make their way, uninvited (without prior appointment), on to a crime scene on UK soil with a flash of the badge, as is seen on TV?

For instance if I was an MI5 operative who wanted to check on the identity of a murder victim at the scene of a crime (assuming word travels fast), could I just turn up unannounced, flash my badge at the polic,e officer on guard duty with a line like 'Official Secret Service business,', and be whisked through?

I am only asking as I am curious about how these things work in real life, I apologise if I have got any facts wrong or have given a bad example to back up my question.

Thanks for all inofrmed answers.

I am considering buying an HK USP Compact Tactical, and I would like to purchase a suppressor for it so when I shoot I won't need hearing protection. I know you need permission from the BATF as well as the local sheriff, but how does a private citizen really justify or ask permission for an NFA item like a suppressor?

I'm just asking because I know other people have done it, I'm just wondering how.
