I didn't get good enough answers last time so here I go again:
Today, I was hit by a car while riding my bike. The driver was not drunk. The guy's car was not damaged, my bike was damaged alot, and I was injured. I wrote and signed a voluntary statement. The first officer to come said that, because I was in the wrong lane, his sergeant may issue a citation. The cop said I may have to go to court, and that if I do, they will notify me in the mail? How long will this take? And could I be charged with something?

We recieved a Pro-94 radio scanner for Christmas. We have programmed it to our local weather forecast, but can't seem to get the others. I am looking for EMT,Fire, search and rescue, state highway patrol, national parks, and local law enforcement including Military police (FT CARSON,peterson air force base,air force academy).

At 5:40 AM trash truck( the kind that has the grabber) picked up my neighbors trash along with thier newspaper box metal pole & all. When he shook the grabber to shake the trash out the pole flew across the street hit my truck & left deep gashes. I did not see it happen but I did hear it. Paper box up before trash truck came, gone immediatly after trash truck left. Driver says he doesn't remember the incident. Private haulers refusing to return calls. I don't want my ins. to pay. I think the trash company should. Thanks in advance.

I went to jail on 11-28-06 some freinds of mine got into trouble and got my pickup impounded on 12-4-06 i got out of jail on 12-18-06 i tried to got my pickup out and it was being held as evidence now my freinds got there charges droped on 12-27-06 the thing is there is a 700.00 storage fee on my pickup who should pay?

Atlanta Officer Defends Arrest of British Historian

In this cellphone photo, the Tufts University professor is surrounded by Atlanta officers after he was knocked down and arrested for jaywalking.


A British historian was handcuffed, thrown to the ground and taken to jail after he refused to use a crosswalk as directed by a police officer, who said the man ignored his orders and tried to walk away.

Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin asked the police chief to investigate the incident to make sure procedures were followed.

Felipe Fernandez-Armesto, 56, was arrested Jan. 4 while in town for the American Historical Association's convention. He has said he was assaulted while crossing the street by a man he did not realize was a police officer.

My nephew is going to graduate high school this year and has asked me to help him with career guidance. His parents have informed his school that I will be handling this aspect of his education.

It is really short notice for me. He wants some sort of law enforcement position. Are there colleges for this? Also, he has health issues, he has a pace maker. I realize that he would never be a street cop, but there are many area where this should not be an issue. Do ALL of them have to pass the same health requirements?

When I see an attractive male police officer, I want to attack him- in a good way. I am so attracted to cops, it's CRAZY. I want to have sex with a young attractive cop SO BAD. My friends think I'm insane. They are too focused on what they think is in fashion, which is hating cops. Oh, I love them!!!! Am I the minority here? Surely I can't be.

When I came home from work last week, there was a nice wrapped box in front of my apartment door. I thought it was a cool suprise until I smelled deep dark trouble. When I took the top off the box, there was a huge human turd staring up at me. I kid you not! Someone had sent me a bowel movement. I'm pretty sure I know now who did it due to certain incidents around the apartment complex. I want to call the police but I'm afraid I will laugh when I explain that I got a turd in the mail. If they think I'm joking, I could be the one in trouble. I also want to keep a low profile with the cops because they were at my house about two months ago and arrested a friend of mine; so they know me. Any suggestions on what I can do.?

We have a baby and a toddler. Got pushed during first pregnancy, slapped on mouth after birth, and after new baby got hit on my right cheek: all without marks that could last long enough to take a picture of. He makes me feel guilty for everything, and bad about myself. He has destroyed 2 areas of 2 wall. (One on each),during arguments. I have a few relatives about 100 miles from me. I do not have anyone else to help me. I amso scared of him. People outside thinks he is so nice.I have read onforums things like this are very hard to prove. He has a pending FBI check for a fake name a minor charge involving a friend who stole something. He says family problems should be solved at home otherwise I will go to hell, but it keeps going like a chain. also I cry a lot a needed to let this go today to an old friend through email. I am so scared that he finds out about this thing I posted here. He says if I do something he will fight for the custody of the kids. I am not working, but have BA.

My sister got a parking fine for only paying for 3 hours instead of four, although the time they do is either 1, 2, 3 or 24 hours which is ridiculously overpriced. She did pay for 3 hours and didnt just dump it in town and did return as soon as possible. Are these parking attendants in for a quick buck or what! Do you think this is fair, i certainly don't.

i just bought a condo in brooklyn and there is a little lobby with all the doorbells to the apartments,and mailboxes.There is this bum that lives in the area and from time to time he just sleeps in the lobby and he has this horrable smell.The smell goes all through the lobby and in the elevator and since the elavator opens directly in your apartment the smell goes everywhere.I'v called the cops and they tell me that they can't arrest him,because hes not doing anything wrong,all they do is remove him.BUT ISN'T HE TRESPASSING????if any one can please give me some advice i would greatly apperciate it.
