1.) Murder - it fully infringes on the right of another person, not even a little, but FULLY and completely, and it can never be reversed, although I understand why some commit it.
2.) Child Molestation - there's a difference between not being able to help being attracted to children, but it's another to act on these impulses and violate a child in such an unforgivable way.
3.) Stealing - even though one could easily justify stealing, especially in the course of need, it's still true that stealing is the unwarranted taking of what was created or owned by another...so, you can look at it as the taking for the gain of the stealer (which can be justified), but also that it is the loss of another (which can almost never be justified).
4.) Lieing - Yes, everyone does it, and it doesn't always have to be so incredibly bad...small ones that smooth over situations that would otherwise be blown out of proportion can be good (although lieing is not necessarily a CRIME crime...), but lies that are unnecessary and seek to fool or confuse another is generally wrong.
5.) Un-Said Adultery - Face it, we're all human, and, being human, we are animals which have instincts and impulses in our id that are sometimes unable to be satiated by one person. As this may be natural, it is unnatural and wrong to leave your significant other in the dark. If your partner is particularly understanding, the both of you may be able to work through it and, maybe, even use it to grow and understand each other more fully.
- Sorry, I know it's not 10, but I even had trouble coming up with those five...mostly because I don't acknowledge many things that are considered "crimes" to actually be crimes.

4. Murder (quite a bit of it has to do with drugs)
5. White collar crime (enron etc)/Corruption (ie, CHicago politics)
