I have already gone to the Local Prosecutor. He has taken two months to state that his office will not be able to enforce the county/state perjury laws due to lack of resources.

State's attorney's office would be my next choice.

Can you say what has happened?

Also realize that they are obliged to take the complaint, but at some level someone will determine if the complaint merrits further investigation and/or prosecution. then if your not satisfied you state senate/legislator would be my next stop.
But this has to be of serious importance.

Don't believe the Sheriff's office would be the proper place to contact. Try the Prosecuting Attorney's office.

Nobody will do anything they don't have to. Try the newspapers, letters to the editors, local TV News, etc. Also try contacting www.handleonthelaw.com
