My sister got a parking fine for only paying for 3 hours instead of four, although the time they do is either 1, 2, 3 or 24 hours which is ridiculously overpriced. She did pay for 3 hours and didnt just dump it in town and did return as soon as possible. Are these parking attendants in for a quick buck or what! Do you think this is fair, i certainly don't.

Whats your question? The ordinance was pay for 4. She paid for 3. Tough. Pay the fine and end it. To be quite frank, no one cares in your city whether you think it's fair or not. They obviously do and such is the privilege for parking there.

Yeah but that single ticket he wrote you just paid for him working 4 hours.
