relatively, Rhode Island IS the two a state AND an Island, the international e book encyclopedia says "Narragansett Bay very nearly cuts Rhode Island in 2. The bay extends 28 miles (40 5 kilometers) inland from southern Rhode Island. The state has 36 islands, maximum of that are interior the bay. Aquidneck, the main important island, replaced into formally named Rhode Island in 1644. cities on the mainland have been observed as windfall Plantations. as a effect, Rhode Island's good call is 'State of Rhode Island and windfall Plantations/. for this reason, the smallest state has the longest good call."

Why not have your friend find out themselves? They can't avoid it much longer. Depending on where they reside would be a starter. If it's boondocks like Exeter try the Lincoln State Police Barracks. If it's the city....maybe Cranston or Warwick PD's. They'd usually hold the papers. Just make it simple and tell the coward to turn themselves in. You shouldn't even get involved...friend or not.

I'm not aware of any place that will allow you to do this for someone else, due to privacy issues. Our local laws state that this information cannot be given to anyone other than the wanted person or their attorney. That person would have to come to the court or police station with picture ID too, nothing is to be given out over the telephone.
