I was dacing with my hubby at a club, and some girl whom he was seeing was there. I knew who she was , and while I was dancing with him she would look at me and laugh at me. Well when she got closer to me I pulled her hair. We got kicked out, and she called the cops and pressed charges for pulling her hair. The cops asked if I did and I said yes.. I should have lied but its too late now, He asked if I wanted to press charges and I said yes cause she hit me after that. I dont know whats going to happen . He issued me a citation for court... What do you think will happen help???

my situation. a guy claiming to be a cop told me i had no right to state certain things in a blog on myspace. he then told me if i didnt delete these things immediatly i could be arrested. me, being as stubburn as i am, posted all of his comment in another blog on myspace. he then told me that he was forwarding everything to his supervisor, and that a warrent should be issued for my arrest later this week. it is my understanding that when someone presents themself as a police officer, they are required to properly identify themself with their id (iether showing a card, or telling you their serial number). as far as this situation is concerned, is there any reason for the 'officer' to deny me their id? is there anyone i can report this to who might investige them for impersonating an officer?

I recieved a police caution for theft in April 2000 when I was 14 years old. I am now doing a degree in Optometry and this needs me to register with a Professional Board as i am about to qualify. They ask if I ever recieved a caution or a criminal conviction, what do i answer to that? The caution was 7 years ago, will this still be on my record? I read on the Home Office website that a record of cautions are kept on the police database for 5 years. If it is deleted, does that mean that my record is clean and there is no offence attached to my name? So I can answer no to the question?
Please help

Hello I am very interested in Serial killers and have just finished some research into Fred and Rose. What a charming couple they were.

I live very far from Gloucester but was just wondering. They say that Number 25 was demolished and I think a small park was put in its place. Number 25 was a semi-detatched. Who owned the house next door and what happened to it?

If there was an emergency, for example if a pregnant woman or an injured person needed to get to hospital but you'd had too much alcohol to be able to drive, would you drive them anyway?
Or is there always another way around these things so you don't break the law?

My roommate got pulled over and was arrested for possession of marijuana 2 oz. The cops took him to jail thursday the 18th. We tried to get him out on bail, but no one wanted to co sign. His mom had went to talk to him and rumors spread that he would probably be out this thursday. (one week total) people who have been through this or friends have etc, how long did they stay in there?

Recently, our local hospital has implemented a Dunkin Donuts within its main lobby... I have found that there is NO LINE there in the morning and have been going there to get my morning coffee (since the other Dunkin Donuts in town have a wait upwards of 20 minutes).

I normally park in the emergency parking area so I can run in and get my coffee, and up till this morning I have not had an issue. Today, my car was on the 'hooks' of a flat bed and they were moving it on when I came out. I tried to discuss this with the tow truck guy, even offering him a bribe but he REFUSED to take my car off the hooks.
I felt this guy was VERY rude to me and I'm thinking of pressing charges against the tow truck company...I was in that parking spot for less than 2 minutes and he had my car...it was almost like he was waiting for me...

do I have a case against him and my 100.00 impound fee?

He has always looked for a freebie, living with women, homeless shelters, anything for free. Now that he's in jail and there is free meals, free medical and dental, free place to 'live', no work, isn't this 'man' going to love it there? I have a restraining order against him for domestic violence against me and my two daughters, for when he gets out. But if he is getting a freebie and he actually likes jail,he'll be back after us because the restraining order will mean nothing.

is it true that if you have a felony no matter how small you cant be a officer? if you can what state will allow you and where and how do you do this? a friend told him that another friend said they could borrow a tool out of the truck, when they went to get it that other friend said he didnt and called cops they were arrested for burglury of a vechile and then that same friend got off easy by saying the other boy who wants to be a cop, was the leader and planned it all. so the wanna be cop was charged with two crimes.the theft crime was dropped but the other stayed and he has paid out the ... for something he didnt really do. but like he saids i had the tool in my hand so i did take it, but it was suppose to be okay. i think it was a class a misdemenor.

I know of a guy who shot his father over the weekend, was charged with the following: first-degree assault, a class B felony, wanton endangerment, and a class D felony, yet is apparantly NOT in jail (and was even back to work yesterday)! How can that be? Could his dad have dropped the charges? Or do there HAVE to be charges in a shooting?
