If you are referring to actions through the judicial process of "DRT"....here's the definition:

Detention Reform Team (DRT) – This committee is made up of managers and line staff from across the Juvenile Community Justice Department. DRT includes representation from the various staff units and contract partners. Because the County has tried to take a “bottom-up” approach to system change, this group is the initiator of most of the organizational reform efforts, specializing in refinements to the Risk Assessment Instrument. DRT members are responsible for the dissemination of information and training of line staff, while soliciting support and feedback.

A judge bases his actions upon the recommendations of the DRT. Don't think you have an avenue to "fight against" a Judge since he's based his opinion upon the advise of the DRT!
