Judicial records would go through the District Clerks office for Aransas County. They are located in Rockport, the county seat. From the looks of the website, you will likely have to go to the Clerk's office to get the records. It doesn't appear that any of that information is currently online.

Some counties have their stuff online, some do not. Brazoria County does, and it is a rural county. Some of the more urban counties do not. Basically, it is hit or miss.
