Law Enforcement & Police - November 2006

I hear the same lame things over and over their bullies legal gang they kill innocent people etc etc...My question to you is if you think the police are doing such a bad job why don't you become a cop???Show them how a good police officer should do things instead of talkin...Talk is cheap...

This is a story I heard. A kid (18) gets in a huge argument with his mother. The kid doesnt feel like arguing anymore so he leaves the home in his car (clearly avoiding conflict). The kid keeps calling back home to talk to his mother to sorta straighten things out. The mom keeps picking up the phone and hanging up refusing to talk to him. The kid finaly gets the answering machine. The kid leaves a message on the maching saying "quit being a p***y and pick up the phone (nobody answers) .... Ugh* B***h" and hangs up. The mother had already called the cops, because she was accusing the son of taking money from his sister. Clearly this is a stupid situation from the get go. The kid comes back home, shortly before the cops arrive. He doesnt argue with her anymore, the cops show up. The mother plays the message he had left for the cops. The cops accuse the kid of harassing his mother purely based on the fact he had left that message.

a local lawenforcement agency arrested me for possesion of stolen property.(my friend that lived with me came forward and took responcability for it)I was out on bail 6 days,when the PD.came back and kicked in my doors,and sent in the K-9 dog to attack me (twice).only to re arrest me on the same charge.later they dissmissed all charges

I do not want to lose my job driving a school bus. I have a P.I.S.S. test in the morning and I need to know how to approach one of the kids to give me some urine. Please help me A.S.A.P, I need to know what would be considered kidnapping. If your friends' parents were drunk, and you went and got her, would that be considered kidnapping? Could you be held responsible? Could the parents arrest you (for a felony) for taking their child when really you were helping her because they were drunk? What websites provide informatioon on this? I have read in several places that it is legal for a single, young female to drive to a public place when a cop is trying to pull her over. However, I have watched COPS, and how do I let them know that I am doing that? I don't want to be shot at or anything. I have never been pulled over, but I was just wondering. Please answer this if you really know, and can back it up. I don't want people that are just assuming. No offense, but I don't want any jokes about this. :)

I went to kmart and stold 3 games the total was $45 now they are charging us $444.00 they treat me unfairly it was only my first offence and now they added 400 dollars to the total and called the cops, i have to go to court now!
