ENTRAPMENT is when you entice someone to do something that they would not otherwise do.... like an unmarked police car goading you into a race and then arresting you for racing.
A dark police vehicle ("stealth", if you will) is just observing people doing what *they* choose to do, and is not entrapment.
You seem to be implying that "it's only illegal if you get caught"....

They would not be using them in "illegal" methods, unless they are selling drugs from them.
No it is not entrapment, legally entrapment is where they ask you or talkl you into doing a crime, hiding to catch you is not entrapment, just good police work.

are you talkin bout ohio? cause if you are you should talk to some one about that to see what can be done. i know they have to at least have thier headlights on and be in an open area where they would be easy to see. im not quite sure of who to talk to about this but find out who decides what can be called entrapment and im sure someone will raise hell about it.

It is legal. This is definitely not entrapment. Entrapment would be if they drove cars that somehow forced you to start speeding!!!

If their intent is to generate revenue, (which we know it is) it is illegal. However under the pretext enforcing traffic laws it becomes legal.

doesnt matter if you are a black or dark skinned hispanic or an asian who doesnt look like they have assimilated into the white culture enough...cops racially profile...if you are a woman...especially a pretty woman you usually get a pass...(but if they stop you you get the other kind of pass)...there is a disproportionate amount of minorities...especially african americans in the prison system...ps...as i am typing, headline news is doing a story on nyc police shooting some africanamerican men&murdering 1...or maybe 2...&wasnt there a police punching in the face incident recently on HLN...and who can forget good ole mark furman
