Next time you get pulled over ask. Are you abiding by the law? If you are then you need to file a complaint with the police department...sometimes they don't want to give you the forms to fill out so be nice but insistant! There are procedures you have to go through to get the complaint lodged. If that doesn't work and you are still obeying the law and getting pulled over then you may want to contact one of the local news organizations and let them know whats going on and see if they want to spend a week with you...hidden camera and all.

Living in detroit could be part of the problem.

But if you really do, why are you being pullled over.

no plate on car, plate displayed wrong, trunk lock punched, a window broken out with plastic over it.
Perhaps you beleive in the stoping is optional at signs.

Or perhpas you dress in cowboy clothese with boots and hats, that would do it for sure.

Because Detroit police have nothing better to do. See the crime statistics. If they were looking for criminals and not pulling you over then maybe the crime rate would be lower. Complain to Kwami! It sounds ridiculous and racist, and probably sexist. By the way, I live in the suburbs of Detroit. Good luck.

well if you look like you are up to no good, or if the cops respond to your house on the regular. I hate it when people use color of skin, when everyone knows that first impressions are the way of the world. If you look like a crook, and act like a crook, I guess that explains it. Obey the law, dont bump your music, use your turn signals and if it persists, get their badge number or patrol number. Remember Chris Rock i think said it best?

Are you a drug dealer or associated to one? Or associated to gang activity? People like that get extra special attention from the police. They want to see who else is in the car and make sure you have all your paperwork in order. Fair? maybe not, but it is the cost of being a criminal.

The law down in Detriot is bent beyond the help of fix. I swear my father drives truck as a job and the cops down there always try to find something wrong with his driving. I never like cops and never will! All the cops are is a waste a tax payers money and nothing good ever comes out of them except sarcasim and distain.

Well, you are either creeping around in high crime areas in a Lincoln Navigator, or you have a junky old hoopty that looks like a rolling safety hazard.
