To need to read someone their Miranda Warnings you need two things. Custody ie.. the arrest, handcuffing or taking the right of the person to leave AND Interrogation. Since it is a mime. if they have no intention of questioning them, then NO they do not have to read him/or her their Miranda Warnings. It is not like on T.V when the second they handcuff someone that they walk them out of the room reading them their rights as they go to commercial. lolol.
