My neighbor's son just turned 18. I've known the boy since he was about 7. He only has a dad at home (mom is out of the picture, so to speak). The boy is totally out of control & every time he does something horrible, the dad gets angry & then the kid is out driving around the next day. Well, for about the last 5 or 6 months, there are kids over there every single day after school (dad's at work). I don't mean 1 or 2 friends, more like 6+. And then there are the ones who just come for a few minutes and leave. So... I think he's selling drugs, and I would call the police, but they're not noisy, I'm just suspicious. My neighborhood is full of young kids, and I know these teens are over there drinking in the afternoon & then they hop in their cars and leave. I honestly don't want to be the *********.y. neighbor, but I'm getting concerned. If I called the police, is what would I tell them ... "I think something's going on?" That sounds stupid.

I am aware that there are many jobs within DEA but my question is, do all special agents of DEA have to go undercover or is it almost a voluntary thing? Do the smae guys that conduct the raids have to go undercover too? Thanks for your answers.

Recently at my job me and two other employees was missing money out of our purse. when we called the cops they tried to take fingerprints off our stuff but found nothing, then last week we all ahd to take a polygraph test. since there is no evidence the person that failed the polygraph, will they be arrested or called back down to the station. will the police come back to the job to get them. i really want them caught. the victims at job will never know who did it nor get our money back. What do you think?

There are so many stories related to this question and its interesting to what people have to say.... It's very sad to hear about it, because these "kids" are so young. Many don't realize the consequences of commiting a crime or killing a person by accident....

I first saw I could not cross the intersection and clear it so I stopped. Then the cars ahead began to move up and I tried to cross thru the intersection, but the traffic stopped and I could not clear the intersection. Traffic was heavy that day and the cop was sitting there I guess waiting for someone to make a mistake at this confusing intersection. I am guilty, but I did not realize the traffic was going to stop again. The ticket is $120.00.!!! I am also worried about the insurance going up. Only my second ticket. First one 12 years ago. Do I plead guilty and ask for a lower fine??? Just wanting some info from someone who has been to traffic court.

I have a neighbor who lives next to my back yard. This neighbor, for whatever reason, will call the police with little to no prompting for things that are perfectly legal. This afternoon, she called the police to complain about noise since my housemate was listening to the radio at a reasonable volume while working in the garden. This is not the first incident like this. Is there any sort of legal recourse than can be taken against this neighbor? It almost seems as though me and my housemates are under martial law because of fear that she will call the police for something like eating dinner in our backyard. Any advice?

Apparently as I was told over the internet, Celine Dion is a code for danger when the radio stations do not want to alarm the people. The more her songs are played, the more the danger.
Also, this is true for Maroon 5 songs.

Currently the state of Illinois is promoting speed traps for municipalities by paying a bonus to the towns for each ticket, this while drugs are rampant and people are dying at an alarming rate because of contaminated drugs and drug overdose. Is this the best possible use of taxpayer money?

I saw on a TV program that some gangs use special hand signals to identify themselves to fellow members.

Yesterday whilst having a coffee in a small street cafe I noticed two eldery folk making various hand signals to each other.

They did this for about 30 minutes without speaking.

Surely they can't be gang members ?
