my car was parked in the city of paramount. 81 buick centry.it was impounded while i was asleep. all the info on the car was in the car.police said without the plate number or vind number they cant help me.i dont know where my car is.

Go down to the circuit clerks office, with your Identification. Explain to them what's happened, they should be able to give a copy of the registration or copy of the title.They can print you a title, which will have all that info, OR call the sherriffs department give them your name, type of car, and ask which impound lot has your car, and what you need to do to retreive it, they should at least provide you a number.
