In oklahoma A polygragh CAN be used in criminal court. The problem is to validate the results, only the polygraph operator and test subject can be present. The problem is if a test subject is being charged criminally, then his attorney must be present for all questions. When the third party or attorney is present, it invalidates the test.

A polygraph is not allowed to be used as evidence in court, you can sue them for the money in civil court based on the polygraph since it is allowed in civil court.

The police may question them again, they may check thier bank records but without more evidence, even if arrested, they would not convict them.

Hi ?????, If they think one certain person has done the crime, yes they will be taking to the police station for questioning. If they can proof that he or she did take the money, then they will arrest that person.

sometimes people lie about stuff like that to get people to feel sorry for them because they can get people to help them better if they blame their problems on people they dont like so more people turn against that person and causes a chain reaction of people like that to do the same while they sometimes they would rather lie to people than say the spent it all on crack or cocaineor meth so they can get more people to help them with more money so the addict can keep gettin high

Cases like petty theft are not high priority, so don't expect any dramatic results from the police.
