Apparently as I was told over the internet, Celine Dion is a code for danger when the radio stations do not want to alarm the people. The more her songs are played, the more the danger.
Also, this is true for Maroon 5 songs.

There was a hostage case some years ago where the gunman holding people hostage demanded that the local radio station play the same Celine Dion song over and over. The radio code is an urban legend that sprang from that situation.
Usually when I hear a Celine Dion song my greatest concern is that I won't be able to change the station quickly enough.

If someone is telling you to worry when a particular song comes up....their obviously making it up. If you know the person who told you this..bring a Celine Dion song and laugh in his or her face! lol jk...but don't beleive it (if you do) or else ignore it.
I'm pretty sure you're smart enough to realize that.

don't worry, be happy!
