Law Enforcement & Police - October 2006

[Selected]: All categories Politics & Government Law Enforcement & Police

With hidden cameras, drugs spiked on my foods & drinks plus mental torment, which I can't tolerate anymore. Can anyone tell me when will the appointed attorney proceed to defense case? Bear in mind, dummy polices, criminals defense lawyer and criminals deliberately drag the case as they saw through hidden cameras that I am still suffered endlessly. Some undercovers who defense me wanted dummy polices be evicted so that the questioning can proceed, yet dummy polices said the condition of crime scene is irrelevant & impossible to ask question. As a sick victim, how long more should I wait for this law enforcing officers to start real interogation & give me back my freedom?

Develop your own integrated theory of crime. You must include in your theory at least 3 known theories. Explain why you combined the 3 theories and how your new theory better addresses the reasons why people commit crimes.

I was thinking of selling brand new CDs and DVDs in public places such as, on the subway, on a street corner, etc. All I want to know is if it is illegal for the average citizen to sell copyrighted material or do I need a license.

When hiring new officers. I know generally speaking, employers are not allowed to get full details, they can only get dates you were employed. Isn't there a law prohibiting full disclosure??

Honest homeless people struggle to survive while robbers and killers get air conditioning, heat, tv, decent food, exercise, a roof over their heads. Our legal system stinks. Jail should be a horrible place to go. Homeless people eat garbage, so should killers and robbers. Homeless people have no air conditioning in summer nor heat in the winter. Why should these sub-humans get what honest homeless people don't.
Someone kills your loved one and YOU PAY TAXES TO GIVE THEM ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME. - LET'S CHANGE THE STUPIDS LAWS WE HAVE FOR SUB-HUMANS!!!!

When a foreign national is arrested in the U.S., is the arresting officer required to contact the arrestee’s consulate/embassy if they so request?
Or perhaps it would be easier to think of it this way: If the police did not contact the embassy/consulate after the foreign national had requested it, would they be legally liable after the arrestee is released?

I'm referring to log files and stuff from internet service providers... Is forensic evidence the correct term, or how do you refer to log file evidence in a way that non-technical folks can understand what you're talking about? I've got some subpoena'd log files from an ISP proving something a police officer told my boss about my use of the internet is not true, but I don't know how to refer to it in the complaint so that a 60yr old police cheif will know I've got concrete evidence without confusing him with technical jargon...
