Don't feed it, and it will pass out from hunger and fall off the roof. You can then feed it and nurse it back to good health.
In the future, keep the cat indoors or on a leash.

Never saw a dead cat on a roof or in a tree, leave it alone and it will come down

If it got up there, it can get down. Set out a bowl of catfood from a can, and Kitty'll figure a way to get to the food... unless the local raccoon beats her to it. :-P
