would you resist and risk either death immediately or maybe RISK being put in prison and tortured MORE for resisting or would you just go the first time they say to.

The scenario..martial law is declared..you know about the 800 concentration camps, railroad cars with shackle stations, & how the scenario is similar to the one used by the Khmer Rouge.
They tell you, everyone must get on a bus due to impeding terrorist attack or you must be guaranteed to prevent spread of bird flu...we will take you to safety they say..we can't afford panic so we have closed the roads to all traffic but the buses we have to evacuate everyone and take them to safety.

You strongly suspect they are lying & taking you to gas you & maybe torture you and do not think it is good to go ..they have guns..do you make up an excuse & refuse to go OR do you go & try to prepare others and yourself spiritually etc on the way.
Which the best option? Which one would you chose (and why is you want to say).thanks

Ok- this is kind of long. I got pregnant and had a baby when I was 19. I ended up leaving the "sperm donor" of my baby because he was cheating and he never tried to get back into her life. I met my husband and when my daughter was 2 I went to court and had my ex's rights terminated and my husband adopted my daughter. He has caused so many problems for me that I don't feel I can EVER move back to my home state. He has spred lies about me and my husband, he sends me messages (I have them saved), he finds me everytime! Its gotten so bad that I had to make my phone number not listed! Is there anything I can do to make him leave me alone? He has a bad history and I think he is still on parole- don't know if that helps anyone. Please let me know what you think. I appreciate all REAL answers. Again- thanks.

A guy with a laptop claiming to be from the census bureau out of the blue knocked on my apartment door one day and started asking me probing questions like where I work, how much money I make, whether I am living alone, what is my highest level of education, my date of birth, nationality, etc, etc. He had a photo ID hanging from his neck and had a business card which you can see on this link

http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y26/CBasedLifeform/census.jpg

His laptop had a Census Bureau sticker on it. I thought it was creepy. Don't they do the census every 10 years? Why are they doing it in 2006?

I have a friend (or previous friend now), that I knew had a less moral living style several years back. They recently told me that several years ago they were involved in drug activity, etc. During this time period they state that they had beat up several people so bad that they left them for dead, and did not know if they survived or not.

Now, I'm sitting here wondering if there is a possiblity that someone was beat so bad that they died. Wondering if somewhere there is a cold case file, and a family who wants to know who did this to their loved one.

How do you report something like this to authorities, especially since it has been several years?

Who would you report it to?

Serious answers only please.......

I live in New York State (not the city) and I was wondering how old you have to be to own a riffle or shotgun. Do you have to pass a test?

Also, what are the N.Y. laws about pocket knifes? I carry one everywhere (except school), is there a law or age restriction against that?

I just read Black Chameleon Memoirs, which chronicles the life of a successful criminal. This story is suppose to be based on a true story, but I really wonder if someone can really do all the things that the main character did and not get caught. What do you think? Do you know of any successful criminals?

I got a ticket over a month ago, but am unable to pay for it because it has not gone through the bureaucratic process yet. Is my only choice to show up on the date on the ticket at the county office?

If yes, can I contest the ticket at the same time if I feel there is a possibility the judge might dismiss it?

Thank you for your help. All the best.

The police car in this certain event, floored his car to catch up with me, tailgated me for a bit, but didn't put his lights on, I pulled onto my side street, and he kept going straight. I wasn't racing anyone either, it was just me.

I've been in a vehicle before with a woman that was driving and got pulled over. She immediatly started to cry. That crap actually worked too. I was wondering what are some methods you women do and how often do they work. Flirting, crying, flashing ect. Examples would be nice too.

The question is....I left my wallet (containing drivers liscence and school ID as well as some money) and my iPod...and im wondering: when I can get it back and how will I get it back?

Im currently 30 years old and I have a minor brain disorder which Im on disability for. If im extremely lucky maybe someone will hire me for very low pay but that wont solve my problem either. How am I going to continue paying a high rent and food prices when I hardly have enough money to just survive the basics??
Do I have to become a criminal to get some quick cash or does someone out there know of a miracle cure for my issues
