1:Prisoners are costing millions of dollers a year to taxpayers. I know people who, although "free" are worse off than prisners. Why do we pay so much to supply prisners with a good life? They get cable tv (I don't even have that!) their own beds, toilets, showers, clothes, roofs, shelters, and so much more! They even have good computers sometimes! They get fed each day, time to chill, time to work, and time to sleep. They are taught skills and allowed some minor freedomes. Why do we have to pay for criminals to live better than some people who don't have homes. They get medicle care, protection, and drugs.for FREE!! paid for courtesy of the US taxpayers! What a shocker!

Is it just me, or is their treatement more reward than punishment? Isn't it an outrage?

2: I have put a few questions on my watchlist, and am unable to view it. How can I veiw my watchlist questions?

1. Are you for or against the death penalty?
-And-
2. Am i crazy for thinking that people who are convicted and sentanced to death should be shot in the head in the next room over from the court room two minutes after their sentancing instead of them sitting on death row for 10 years, while taxpayers pay thousands of dollars each year to house them in our federal prisons?

I recovered my car and it was repaired. The guy went on a bit of a crime spree after jacking my car committing much more serious crimes. I am not even asking for restitution. There are several other victims. Am I going to have to go before the judge. I am just not sure why I need to go, they have loads of proof that he did in fact steal it. Is it just a techicality that I need to be there. It happened about a year ago, I had to go to the last hearing which lasted all of 5 minutes because he rejected the plea.

I don't understand why our court system has such a long trial, and sometimes the murderer just gets a life sentence. They should be killed right away, as soon as possible.
(And I mean the killers who kill on purpose and it's a proven fact.)

My little sister met some kid at a church teen activity and has been talking to him all the time lately. She told me that she wants to see a baseball game with him because his parole officer gave him free tickets. She doesn't know why he's on parole and doesn't want to ask him. What are the usual reasons for someone his age?

Dr. Savage was ranting the other night about some sort of terrorist attack in Seattle that he felt was not covered very well by the mainstream media. I know he is given to rhetorical excesses, but what really happened?

I live in Georgia...My husband has been locked up for a year now because he stabbed a man in the back in self-defense..Because he woke up to a 43 year old man raping me while I was sleeping in our own place...We didn't know for sure if he actually raped me but 2 wks ago we finally got the results from the rape test back and it was positive....When he goes to trial what do you think his chances are? He's a wonderful husband but we're really scared of never being together because of a pervert....What's your opinion?
